Order requests and payment

Placing an order on ElyvonRx creates an order request and reserves your items. No payment is taken on the site. We contact you with payment instructions, and your order is confirmed once payment is received. Nothing is charged until you choose to pay.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order request at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at elyvonrx@gmail.com with your order reference. If payment has already cleared and the order has not shipped, we will refund it in full.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos where possible. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund for them.

Returns

Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or used vials cannot be returnedfor health, safety, and integrity reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for return in limited circumstances at our discretion; contact us first — do not ship anything back without confirmation.

Non-delivery

If a confirmed, paid order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right through reshipment or refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method you used, where possible, typically within a reasonable period after approval. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer-protection law.
