ElyvonRx (“ElyvonRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address, used for passwordless sign-in.
• Profile details — name, phone number, shipping address, and an optional profile photo you choose to upload.
• Order information — the products, quantities, amounts, chosen payment method, delivery details, notes, and order history associated with requests you place.
• Technical information — basic log data (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you use the site, and information stored locally in your browser (your cart and your research-use acknowledgement).

We do not collect or store payment card details. No card is charged on this site; payment is arranged separately after an order is confirmed.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and client portal.
• To process, prepare, and ship your order requests, and to keep you updated on their status.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

Consent

By creating an account, placing an order request, or otherwise providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure described here. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual limits (for example, we may need to retain records of completed orders). Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain services.

Disclosure and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site, and only as needed:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Our email provider — to send sign-in codes and order-related emails.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

These providers may process or store data on servers located outside your province or outside Canada (including the United States), where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may ask us to delete your account information at any time; some order records may be retained where legally required.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and database access controls that restrict each account to its own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing elyvonrx@gmail.com. You can also view and update much of your information directly in your portal. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Email communications

We send transactional emails necessary to your account and orders, such as sign-in codes and order updates. We will only send you marketing or promotional email with your consent, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe, in keeping with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and record your research-use acknowledgement. These are required for the site to function.

Age

This site is not directed to minors. You must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or place an order.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
